The Planning Board opened the hearing on the Residences at John Glass Square (12 Station Street) and the applicant requested a continuance because town counsel was still reviewing the draft decision. Attorney present said the draft decision had been left with Town Planner Joe and that the applicant requested an extension for filing.

The board voted to continue the hearing to Jan. 21 at 7:15 p.m. and to grant an extension of the filing to Jan. 31, 2025. The motions passed unanimously.

A board member offered to proof the draft decision for typographical errors and staff said they would clean the document before resubmission.

Ending: The applicant will return on Jan. 21 and the board granted the requested extension of the permit filing to Jan. 31.
