Code enforcement reports activity; board orders fines for two properties

For 1366 West Miami Avenue, Randy said the property owner called and indicated repairs were planned but had not appeared; weather (frozen conditions) had delayed cleanup. The board voted to deny the appeal and to proceed with cleanup/fine actions as appropriate.
