The board also approved a surplus-vehicle trade arranged by the Logansport Police Department. The police department planned to surplus five Dodge Charger vehicles (model years described as two 2017 Chargers, two 2015 Chargers and one 2016 Charger) and trade them to Mike Anderson’s for a total return of $30,000; the department indicated it would receive three new vehicles in exchange. The motion to approve the surplus-vehicle arrangement passed unanimously.
