Local provider says Logan County fiber expansion complete; customers will be connected in coming weeks

Devin reported the original project budget was $2,000,000 and said the build finished with a surplus of about $143,000. "We still have a budget surplus of a hundred and 43,000," he told the court, adding he did not expect to return asking for further funds.
Court members thanked the provider and acknowledged the county’s earlier commitment and previous administrations’ work to reach near-universal broadband coverage. Officials in the meeting asked about specific neighborhoods; the presenter identified Herndon Road and indicated individual work orders were already in process.
The court did not take any formal action during the update; attendees asked follow-up questions about scheduling and service availability.
