Consent docket (items 2 through 17) motion to place items 2 nd 17 on the consent docket passed unanimously; a subsequent motion to approve the consent docket (items 2 through 17) passed unanimously.
Preliminary plat: Twelfth Avenue Northwest Industrial (PP24255) —ouncil voted to approve the preliminary plat for the Twelfth Avenue Northwest Industrial subdivision (three lots on about 30 acres). The motion passed with eight votes in favor and one abstention (Council member Hinkle). The applicant will proceed to engineering and permitting subject to standard conditions and will pay a fee in lieu of immediate Twelfth Avenue widening improvements as described in the staff report.
Details: The preliminary plat was represented by Jason Spencer of Blue and Associates; public commenters included Diana Hutzsell (Ward 5) and Dan Munson (Ward 6). Public Works staff noted Twelfth Avenue widening is not in the current work plan and recommended monitoring corridor needs for future bond consideration.
