St. Marys City Council adopts resolution honoring longtime council member Robin Willoughby

Council members and community speakers described Willoughby’s longtime local involvement and support for neighborhood projects. The mayor and other council members offered brief remarks when the resolution was presented to Willoughby’s family.
The resolution was ceremonial and did not direct new city action or funding.
