Mattingly said completed traffic‑calming measures included visual roadway narrowing, designated parking areas, mid‑block crossings and new speed humps on streets such as Rosser Street, Robin Drive and Garden Street. He said the Rosser Street work extended bike facilities “about a half a mile to a mile” and filled a gap so bike lanes now run continuously toward the Meadows subdivision.
