Bryan City Council approves appropriations, donations and multiple capital bid advertisements in unanimous votes

The Bryan City Council on Jan. 23 approved a package of budget amendments, grant applications, and authorizations to advertise bids for multiple 2025 capital projects, voting unanimously on each item called.

Council adopted Ordinance No. 3, 2025, an amended annual appropriations ordinance that corrected department allocations and appropriated donations and grant balances.
