Ordinance amending Chapter 24 (Item C1) — Adopted The council adopted an ordinance consolidating various city fee changes into Chapter 24 of the Victoria City Code. Staff said the item reflects fees presented at prior briefings and that proposed downtown-related facility fees remain under separate review per prior council direction. The council opened a public hearing, heard no speakers, and adopted the ordinance.
