He also requested disclosure under Chapter 610 of a $125,000 Michael Gibbons report and “$125,000 in salary expenses of Tom Dempsey,” saying, “I think it needs to be available to the public.”
Dean also raised unrelated items including compensation for Board of Equalization members and a roughly $52,000–$53,000 fiber network inventory expense he described as wasteful. He concluded his remarks by thanking the council. The statements were made during public comment; the council did not take action on Dean’s requests during the meeting.
