Mayor announces staff promotions, mayors banquet date and Energy Star recognition for 25 Washington

Synergistic Savings Company presented the council with recognition that the citys building at 25 Washington received an Energy Star award for the year; staff said energy conservation efforts saved about $1,000,000 in the last calendar year and an estimated $8,000,000 over the life of the program.
