ST. MARY'S COUNTY, Md. — The St. Mary's County Planning Commission voted unanimously on Jan. 31 to continue the public hearing on the concept site plan for case 21-132-003 (Notch Commercial: Royal Farms and Starbucks, Charlotte Hall) to March 21, 2022, at 6:30 p.m.
Chris Longmore, attorney for the applicant, asked the commission to continue the hearing so the project team could present a revised traffic simulation and related plan changes. "We would ask to be continued to that night," Longmore said, noting the applicant had worked with county staff on the revisions.
