The vote handed county staff authority to accept and move the CDBG funds through the county’s accounts and updated the standing order to allow recurring disbursements for the CDBG Family Scholar House project and specified ARPA projects for county water districts. The court also approved the regular consent agenda. Separately, a resolution to terminate the county’s contract with Forever Homes for Paws failed for lack of a second.
