Developers for the Wildwood planned unit development told the Saint Mary’s County Planning Commission on Jan. 27 that the development has recorded 2,493 certificates of occupancy and remains on pace with the PUD’s open-space requirements, with 1,299 of the approved 3,792 dwelling units yet to be built.
Tom Thomas, identified himself as "vice president with Wallowood Residential and Stanley Martin," and presented the handout summary and activity charts. "This is our first update for 2014 of what's going on in Wildwood PD," Thomas said, then walked commissioners through permit counts, unit tallies, and open-space calculations.
