A motion to adopt the 2nd/4th Monday schedule at 6:30 p.m. was made and seconded and passed by unanimous voice vote. Staff said if they were unavailable for a meeting, another staff member would be assigned to support the commission. The commission also agreed to post the charter chapters in advance (typically with a presentation or redline) and to revisit the meeting cadence after a few sessions if necessary.
