Commission asks staff to locate EDC rental agreement; discusses patrols and court staffing

On personnel, a commissioner asked whether a vacancy in a department had been filled; staff said an interview was scheduled. The possibility of hiring a part-time city marshal or additional clerical help was raised; the commissioner suggested staff and the chief discuss options and bring recommendations back.
