Police report: two massage establishments cited for hours violations; liquor citations tied to prior owner

The police representative reported no liquor-license violations during the period but said officers responded Dec. 26 to a property referral at 1315 West Mason related to a massage establishment. On Jan. 16 the department cited the 2 O Spa at 989 West Mason for operating after regulated hours.
A committee member asked about repeated citations for a business referred to as Getaway Bar; the police representative said the citations were issued to the prior owner around the time the old owner surrendered the liquor license and that the new owner has not been cited.
In a separate update, staff reported one outstanding liquor-license transfer (Green Bay Coi) has an extension until the end of February and that there are currently no available liquor licenses.
The committee accepted the informational report by motion.
