Chair (unnamed) told commissioners that Troy Fowler, the applicant’s representative, had requested the record be reopened so the commission could receive additional testimony and revised plan sets. The chair then asked colleagues whether they had objections before a commissioner moved to reopen and continue the hearing. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
