At the Jan. 28 meeting the Planning Commission approved an update to the official Spalding County zoning map to reflect rezonings finalized during 2024. Planning staff told commissioners the GIS department prepared a new map print that incorporates those changes; commissioners approved the map update by voice vote.
The commission also voted to approve the minutes from its Dec. 5, 2024 meeting. The votes were unanimous among members present. These items are procedural and will be included in county records and the agenda packet provided to the Board of Commissioners where applicable.
