Council member Esquivel said he voted no in committee because he was not satisfied that the city had attracted a larger pool of bidders and would have preferred expanding outreach.
When the dollar figure was read aloud the first time, staff corrected the amount on the record to $75,924. The council then approved the bid; no further details about the winning vendor name or the expected delivery timeline were provided on the record.
