At the start of the Jan. 27 meeting the board recorded two requested withdrawals. Planning staff announced that petitions ZBA-12024 and ZBA-12124 would be withdrawn at the petitioner’s request because the petitioner, who was not present, had asked staff to remove both items from the docket.
The chair asked for motions to withdraw each petition. Board member Joseph Eadman moved to withdraw the petitions; a second was recorded on the floor. The board voted in favor of the withdrawals and removed both matters from the evening’s docket.
Staff noted the petitioner, identified in staff remarks as Miss Motley, had contacted the office to request the withdrawals. The board’s vote to withdraw does not preclude the petitioner from re‑filing in the future.
