Civil engineering representatives and Tom Krause with Shenandoah Mills answered commissioners’ questions.
A motion to approve the site plan with the variances passed by voice vote; the planning secretary announced "Aye" and recorded the motion as passed. The item will proceed through normal permit and engineering review.
