Planning Commission approves 2025 application submittal schedule

The Laramie Planning Commission on Jan. 27 approved the commission’s 2025 application submittal schedule, which lists filing, notice and hearing dates for planning applications that go before the commission and, where applicable, the City Council.
Staff said the schedule is unchanged from last year except for date updates to reflect 2025 and that it is posted on the city website under applications, fees and submittal schedule. Commissioners had no questions and no public comment was offered.
A motion to approve the 2025 submittal schedule carried by voice vote; the schedule was adopted as submitted.
