At the Jan. 28 meeting planning staff said the applicant was conducting testing and expected to submit results for the Feb. 25 Planning Commission meeting. Commissioner Kinnegar moved to continue the public hearing to Feb. 25 so the applicant could provide haul-back testing results; Commissioner Reid seconded and the motion carried on a voice vote.
Staff noted they are working with the applicant and that the testing was expected to be completed during the week following the meeting. The continuation allows staff and the commission to review test results before making a recommendation to the City Council.
