"I think 2% is enough," one commissioner said in support of the recommendation.
Commissioner James Rosenbaum, Commissioner Cindy Chasten, Commissioner Chuck Geddes and the chair voted Aye in a roll‑call vote; the motion passed unanimously.
The commission and staff discussed program cancellations, participant credits and outreach to encourage season passes. The vote authorizes the fee schedule recommended by the director and staff; the department will implement the new fees for the 2025 summer season.
