Michael Stolberger, director of Property and Environmental Resources, told the board the planned Cell 4B/5B/7 construction will open about 3.25 acres of permitted disposal capacity, providing roughly 200,000 cubic yards of capacity; the contractor estimate presented to the board was approximately $940,000.
