Appointments: the council reappointed Rachel Dominic and Austin Pollard to additional three-year terms on the audit committee (terms to expire January 2028) and appointed Devin Zacharias to complete a term expiring January 2027; the motion passed 5-0.
Votes recorded at the meeting were routine and staff said the TIF and planning committees had made the recommendations reflected in the actions.
