School improvement plans approved The board then heard school improvement presentations from LC Carr, Butler Avenue and Sunset Avenue (Sampson Middle and Clinton High School presentations had been given on Dec. 3) and later voted to approve all five school improvement plans. Attorney Jeremy Edgerton moved to approve all school improvement plans; Miss Carol Worley seconded the motion; the board voted and the chair announced the plans were approved.
