Consent agenda items approved collectively included approval of the Jan. 7, 2025 minutes and executive session minutes; a GCIC user agreement for licensing purposes (including alcohol licenses and special-event permits); purchases and contract payments listed in the agenda packet; and continuing agreements with Davenport and Company for financial advisory and investment services.
