The Mount Prospect Planning and Zoning Commission voted Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025, to recommend that the Village Board approve a conditional use permit allowing Renew Yourself Massage Therapy to operate at 930 East Northwest Highway.
The commission’s staff said the petitioner, Julie Reedy of Renew Yourself Massage Therapy, is moving her practice from another Mount Prospect office and proposes to operate a 240-square-foot massage therapy space with no interior or exterior renovations that would require a building permit. Staff concluded the proposal meets the standards in the Mount Prospect zoning ordinance and asked the commission to adopt staff findings and recommend approval.
