Doctor Thomas said the confidential responses will be coalesced by the staff member managing the process and summarized into a single narrative to be shared with the board in closed session at the district’s February business meeting. Board members and administration noted that some directors are new and that midyear feedback helps surface themes for the chair to discuss with the superintendent in advance of the full end‑of‑year evaluation.
The administration said it will add additional artifacts to the end‑of‑year packet as work is completed through the remainder of the school year. Board members asked about the deadline and were told the one‑week window for midyear feedback will be set when staff distributes the confidential link.
