Several zoning and land-use ordinances and related items were also on the consent agenda: amendments to Mesa City Code general plan references; zoning and major site plan modifications to allow a skilled nursing facility and industrial development in specified locations; rezones with plan area development overlays; an annexation along Elliot Road; corrections to prior natural gas utility rate ordinance typographical errors (with no rate changes); and approvals related to Medina Station, Hawes Crossing Village and other development plats and agreements.
