Richland County presenter: road projects advancing though some right‑of‑way and utility delays

Green reported on right-of-way acquisition status for two local corridors: on Creech the county has acquired 4 of the 20 tracts needed; on McNulty it has 6 of 12 tracts. He said Kelly Mill/Bridal (Kelly Mill/Bridal Road project) is at the 60% design stage; when the design reaches 90% the county typically proceeds with property purchases and construction procurement.
Green answered council questions only briefly and thanked county crews for ice and road response during recent severe weather in the region. No action or vote was taken; the presentation came as a transportation update after other committee reports.
