The Lynn City Zoning Board of Appeals elected Abraham Lopez Hernandez as chair, Terry Kravitz as vice chair and Member Olson as clerk at its meeting on Jan. 7, 2025.
The board opened the meeting by taking nominations for the three officer posts; nominations were made from the floor and approved by voice vote. Lopez Hernandez was nominated and confirmed by an affirmative voice vote. Kravitz and Olson were likewise nominated and approved for vice chair and clerk, respectively. Member Krowitz was absent for the vote.
The officer elections were the first formal actions of the board’s 2025 calendar and set the panel’s leadership for the year as members moved on to scheduled zoning cases.
