Garfield Heights council unanimously approves NOPEC sponsorship application and recycling grant application

On Resolution 04-2025, Councilman Smith moved consideration by title and the council again suspended readings and adopted the resolution by roll call. The resolution directs the mayor or his designee to apply for the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District grant and included an emergency clause in the resolution language presented to council.
