Virginia Odom Wiggins, a resident who said she lives at 11155 Roberts Road, told the Mobile County Commission on Jan. 27 that survey markers for Roberts Road Estates Unit 3 encroach on her property and that earlier work for an adjacent unit had pushed down her fence.
