The board confirmed appointments for consent-review representatives and sign committee alternates; staff noted a newly assigned city council liaison, Council Member Wendy Santa Maria, who represents the east side.
The board ratified actions taken on recent consent calendars. Staff read the items: 1223 West Valerio Street received final approval with a condition that a mesh cover be provided on the backflow preventer; item 11717 Thomas Avenue received project design approval and final approval; and item 21210 Carpinteria Street received revised project design approval and final approval. A motion to ratify the consent-calendar actions passed on roll call.
