Staff said it will return at the next meeting with a comprehensive annual oversight report that will cross-check prior goals with 2025 objectives.
The commission asked staff to refine language on community engagement outreach and to consider specific mechanisms to publicize meeting materials, including accessibility improvements to the commission’s web presence. No final vote was taken; the draft will be refined and returned for adoption and for the March council transmittal.
