Planning commission denies Pinnell Subdivision Phase 4 replat pending corrections

Planning staff told commissioners they had completed a review of the replat for Lot 4R, approximately 0.935 acres at 587–591 Benjamins Way, and found a list of deficiencies that must be addressed before approval. "Staff recommends that the plan and zoning commission deny the plat and give staff the authority to approve the plat once all the [listed] deficiencies have been corrected," staff said.
Commissioner Aaron moved to disapprove the replat due to deficiencies and delegate staff authority to approve once corrected; Commissioner Jack seconded. The motion carried, 7–0.
The commission’s action delegates ministerial authority to staff to finalize approval after corrections; no fee, financial, or timeline estimates were provided at the hearing. The item will move to the City Council for final consideration at a later public meeting if required by city procedure.
