- Annual school board election ballot (April 8, 2025): Administration presented ballot language and candidate list (two seats for three-year terms; candidates Erin Pondrum, Charles Quinn and Richard Oxendine); motion by Mr. Keeling, second by Mr. Anderson; approved by show of hands. Administration will submit the ballot format to the Pulaski County Clerk prior to the Jan. 28 deadline named in the presentation.
- Lease purchase reimbursement resolution (Liberty Elementary): Administration recommended approval of a resolution declaring the district's intent to reimburse capital expenditures for the Liberty Elementary School project with proceeds from future tax-exempt obligations; motion by Mr. Anderson, second by Mr. Harn; approved by show of hands.
- Motion to enter closed session: The board voted to enter closed session under Missouri statute RSMo 610.021, sections 3 (hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of employees) and 13 (individual personnel records/performance ratings). Motion to enter closed session by Mr. Harn and seconded by Mr. Quinn; roll-call recorded with members voting yes and closed session was entered.
