City Clerk staff reported that no applications were submitted for the Vector Control Committee. Council members and staff said the committee’s prior 4 p.m. meeting time made it difficult for potential volunteers who work outside Yucaipa to participate. Mayor Pro Tem Venable said moving the meeting time later could increase participation.
