In each case county code enforcement officers presented inspection photos and recommended board orders; board members then voted to accept staff recommendations and set compliance deadlines and fines.
Code enforcement officers told the board that inspections beginning in 2023 and 2024 documented recurring rubbish, overgrown vegetation and inoperative vehicles.
