Kurt Silverson (Planning Development and Economic Growth) presented the application and said the project seeks a maximum of 63 single-family detached homes on 34.24 acres with transportation commitments including construction of a two-lane, 62-foot-wide segment of Colony Road and dedication of 124 feet of right-of-way for the corridor.
