On the consent agenda the commission moved and approved PC7 (PDE 25-0082), a development agreement for Hamilton Oaks MPUD (AMH Development LLC). After the approval staff noted a correction in the published agenda: the applicant name should read AMH Development LLC; staff said the record will be updated for the Board of County Commissioners submittal.
The continuances were announced before discussion items and were presented as requested by applicants or staff. The commission recorded that notices for the continued items will remain valid as published, and staff advised attendees to check the Pasco County planning website for any further changes.
The action was procedural; no substantive testimony or debate on the merits of the continued items occurred at this meeting.
