The Public Service Commission on Jan. 23, 2025 approved the minutes of its Jan. 16 open meeting, authorized notices of investigation for agenda items 2 through 8, approved a notice of proceeding for agenda item 9 and granted intervener compensation of $47,500 to the Citizens Utility Board for its participation in dockets 6630-CE-316, 6630-CE-317 and 6630-CG-140.
The actions were taken during a short open meeting that began with the presiding commissioner calling the session to order and asking the Commission Secretary for information on the agenda. The Commission then proceeded through routine approvals and the compensation request without extended debate. At the vote on the minutes and other items, the presiding commissioner said, "All in favor. Aye." The meeting concluded with an adjournment until Feb. 12, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
