Senate Human Services committee adopts rules, introduces LC 3225 on foster-youth funding

The committee’s organizational step also included member introductions and a brief statement from Chair Gelserbluin about the committee’s priorities — notably youth voice and accessibility for people receiving services.
The rules-adoption vote and the LC 3225 introduction put the committee in formal posture to begin hearings and informational briefings later in the week.
