Sandy Springs outlines 2025 pedestrian, sidewalk and PATH 400 projects

The staff member said the final leg of the Brandon Mill Road Sidewalk Project will run from Abernathy Greenway to Lost Corner Preserve and is expected to take about eight months to complete. “Work has already begun on the final phase of the Brandon Mill Road Sidewalk Project,” the staff member said.
The staff member also outlined the PATH 400 Veil Extension, saying two segments will be constructed: Segment 1 from Nancy Creek to Windsor Parkway and Segment 3 from Ridgeview Park to north of the Glenridge Connector. “This will take about three years to complete,” the staff member said. The update named the Morgan Falls Pedestrian Lighting Projects as another initiative planned to “enhance pedestrian safety along Morgan Falls Road.”
Additional sidewalk work is planned across the city, the staff member said, including projects on Spalding Drive in the Panhandle and on Evergreen Drive near the city limits.
