- Direction to negotiate: Rafiki Tiki lease amendment — Board authorized staff to negotiate a second amendment to Rafiki Tiki’s Marina Event Center lease and return the proposed lease amendment to the board (motion passed 3–2). Staff will include JLL in negotiations and present a vote‑ready amendment including exact square footage, rent, build‑out obligations and protections for future Marina Village redevelopment.
