Executive committee adopts agenda, declines executive session and sets quarterly schedule

The committee set a quarterly executive-committee schedule with meetings in April, July and October to occur within seven days of the full commission's regular meeting that month. Chair Van Lee asked staff to follow up on calendar logistics; Andrew (last name not specified) was asked to help set specific dates. The committee did not record a formal roll-call vote on the schedule; members agreed to proceed with the plan.
The full commission’s next meeting was announced for Jan. 23, and the executive committee adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
