The project team told the board they intend to file a planned unit development application. Dave, village planning staff, said applicants submitted materials on Jan. 29 and that the public hearing is now scheduled for Feb. 19. “Deviations to the allowed zoning use, the proposed unit density and parking requirements lend this proposal to a PUD,” Dave said during the presentation summary.
